Large 42 Tall Chinese Tang-Style Horse Statue. East Coast Deliveries usually run more often. This hand carved wood horse has 3 legs that stand on a wood base with the 4th leg raised. There are realistic details on the horse and it’s adornments. A plaster and polychrome finish is applied to the wood body, with a lot of gilded accents. As can be seen from the photos, there are areas of loose and missing sections of plaster and finish. This a very unusual decorative piece of Chinese Folk Art and quite unique due to it’s large size.
