The clear glass is decorated with multiple designs as see in pictures. 11.5 tall in total. The hand painted flowers are still nice and bright with no signs of age. The blue glass base has absolutely no chips or cracks on the outside. One chip on the underside that you cannot see when it is sitting upright. The top glass has no cracks. Its opening has the usual chips and flea bites that will be covered with the cap. The brass has the perfect amount of patina. It will be protected well and insured. Let me know if you have questions.
