Item under consideration is an Antique, Moser, 37 inch tall, LUSTER LAMP with SHADE. The Luster is white cased cut-to-cranberry crystal with hand painted enamel florals through out. The base is a decorative brass stand. Made in what is today the Czech Republic. The upper portion of the luster contains two horizontal rows of six cut-to-cranberry ovals. One set situated above the other. The upper oval set is 2 1/2 inch long and the 2nd set is 3 1/2inch long. Separating the rows of ovals is a row of six 2 1/4 inch wide cranberry crosscuts, crosscuts are separated by gold scrolling work (photo# 5). The Lamps main pattern is located around the circumference of the bulbous lower half of the luster. Consisting of six hand painted, 3 inch square florals containing a central tan rose surrounded by red, blue and yellow blossoms. Above the florals is a 3 inch wide band of cranberry crosshatch cuts interspaced with green vine segments. Below the florals is a horizontal row of cranberry 1/2 inch circle cuts. Below the circles there are gold accents (photo# 6, 7, 8). The bottom portion of the lamp consists of an elaborately detailed brass base(photo#) attached to the glass luster (photos# 9, 10, 11). The bohemian style lamp shade contain fuchsia and cream vertical cloth segments and includes 4 sets of beaded tassels (fuchsia and white), one at each corner of the shade. The lamp is 14 1/2inch wide at the base and 16 inches tall. The tassel sets are five inches long and 4 inches wide photos# 9, 10, 110. Dimensions: Lamp- Height, including shade- 37 inch. Height, excluding shade and harp- 25 3/4 inch. Width, at widest- 8 3/4 inch. Weight- 8 pounds, 14.6 ounces. Shade- Height- 16 inch. Width- 14 1/2 inch.
