Vintage FENTON Art Glass “VIOLETS IN THE SNOW” Silver Crest RIBBED Large VASE 10 Tall. This is a rare item! The vase is absolutely magnificent! Condition : Excellent Vintage pre-owned Condition consistent with use and age. No chips, cracks, or repairs. There are 3 small green paint smudges on the outside bottom of the vase. They were created during the manufacturing process at the time that the vase was hand painted. These smudges are not visible when the vase is standing upright. There are a couple of yellowish dots on the inside bottom of the vase. This beautiful vintage vase was manufactured by Fenton glass company. This vase is Silver Crest type and it depicts hand-painted “Violets in the Snow” pattern. It was in production from 1968 to 1984. The vase features a 6 point crimp with the piecrust ruffled rim. Age : Vintage from the 1960s. The vase is unmarked – it carried a paper label originally.
