11″ tall – 5″ wide across top – 3 5/8 wide at base. Thin blown glass vase with amber swirled body with a crimped or ruffled rim with a thin blue glass threading applied underneath the rim. The stem is a cobalt blue with gold flecks or veins throughout. The way they curved side appendages are crafted reminds me of someone standing with their hands on their hips in disapproval. The stem culminates into a swirled amber base. Found no signature or label identifying the vase. Looks similar to the work of Salviati, but with no concrete evidence I can’t attribute the piece to a specific designer or glass house.
